Salary Range: $17.00 To $20.00 Annually

• Support: Assist current residents with top-notch customer service, ensuring they feel at home every day.
• Close Deals: Use your sales savvy to meet leasing goals and contribute to our community's growth.
• Collaborate: Work alongside a fun, supportive team dedicated to making our community the best it can be.

What We're Looking For:

• Personality Plus: Outgoing, energetic, and great with people.

• Problem-Solver: Quick on your feet with a can-do attitude.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using leasing software and digital marketing tools.
• Experience: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
