Building Automation Sales Representative

Are you currently working in building automation, HVAC controls, controls project management, estimating, inside sales, technical sales support, or field controls and ready to move into a more customer-facing sales role?

Comfort Systems USA Ohio is growing our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in Columbus, OH, and we are looking for a Building Automation Sales Representative to help grow our BAS, HVAC controls, service agreement, retrofit, and integrated building systems business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands building automation and HVAC controls, enjoys solving customer problems, and wants to stay connected to the technical side of the business while building a career in consultative sales.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure tied to new business and account growth.

• BAS Inside Sales or Sales Support role
• HVAC Controls Technician role and interested in sales
• Technical Account Support or Service Coordination role within BAS

• Controls upgrades and integrations

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable communicating technical solutions in a clear and practical way. You do not need to come from a traditional sales background, but you should enjoy building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping develop solutions that improve building performance, comfort, reliability, and efficiency.
