• Training pay and commission‑based structure with earning potential range of $50,000‑$80,000

The Sales Representative will work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments. The role spends the majority of time in the field traveling to local appointments in a company‑provided vehicle, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences. The position offers a schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October.
