- Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
- Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting and CRM updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend events
