Ohio Sales & Education Specialist

The role works at designated stores, interacting with store employees and clients to represent tarte’s mission, educate on products, and generate sales while providing in‑store brand support to achieve sales goals.

• Report to designated stores every day
• Achieve targeted sales goals for assigned stores
• Coordinate and schedule in‑store sales support, events, and education initiatives
• Act as primary day‑to‑day brand contact for designated stores
• Educate store teams (Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s) on product knowledge, artistry, and selling skills
• Partner with store teams to plan in‑store events and education initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
• Evaluate each store’s sales results
• Build and develop strong relationships with retailer partners at the store level
• Review and update in‑store visual merchandising

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience in an open‑sell environment; experience at Sephora or Ulta highly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in communication, selling, product knowledge, events, artistry, and education
• Ability to take strategic direction based on sales analysis
• Memorable, positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence
• Self‑motivated, committed, and goal‑oriented individual
• Multi‑store visit calendar booking and management ability
• Flexibility with work hours – weekends and evenings required
• Ability to travel within the local region as required
