Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate!
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

About the PositionHP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating excitement around the HP brand and products in local big‑box retailers. You will demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations to their needs, build rapport with customers, and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
Day‑in‑the‑Life- Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy
- Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience
- Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
- Report competitive insights

- Ability to navigate a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus
- 1‑year job experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
- Welcome customers and offer assistance
- Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products
- Advise customers on products and services
- Help customers make selections by building confidence
- Document and report sales accurately
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
- Maintain clean, well‑organized, functional, presentable workstation/kiosk
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
