Pay Rate: $23.00 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

4:05pm to 9:00pm use for WA/CA/CO postings – 4:05pm to 8:00pm

We’re looking for In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Help customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.
• Learn products during paid training and become independent field operative.
• Build communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home or in‑office and surpass sales targets.
• Solve:
  Resolve customers’ tech issues with clear, understandable solutions.
• Sell:
  Offer tailored solutions; leverage products to meet customer needs.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Maximum one‑way travel distance of 120 miles from assigned inventory warehouse.
• Availability for a varied 5‑day week schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A personal cellphone to stay connected on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with passion to learn a wide range of skills.
• Outgoing, thrives in human interaction.

• Guaranteed base hourly rate, paid bi‑weekly.
• Earned pay available early.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement (IRS guidelines), paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly.
• 3 weeks paid training.
