We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. - First-year earning potential of $50,000-$75,000

- Convert leads and opportunities into new clients
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Customize auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other insurance policies
- Cross-sell additional products and bundle policies to improve client retention
- Conduct proactive renewal reviews and account follow-up
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
