Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive BDC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, scheduling appointments, and converting leads into satisfied customers. If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and text messages, nurturing and qualifying prospective customers.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up test drives and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Interaction: Provide product knowledge, answer customer inquiries, and offer solutions to their needs and preferences.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer leads are efficiently processed and followed up on.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the dealership's CRM system to track lead status, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customer interactions are positive, professional, and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or automotive-related field preferred, but not required.
- Communication
Skills:
Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills. - Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and social media platforms to engage with customers.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership staff.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure no lead or opportunity is overlooked.
- Positive Attitude: Must have a positive, energetic attitude and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
