Job Overview

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Product Specialist who focuses on new opportunities and manages existing customer accounts to achieve annual sales objectives. The successful candidate will work with customers, sales, and production to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer needs by developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of our products and rigging applications.

Responsibilities
  • Target and acquire new business accounts, particularly in manufacturing and industrial markets.
  • Monitor trends in customer business activities and communicate to management in a timely manner.
  • Serve as an industry expert or consultant for customers to engage and sell products.
  • Analyze rigging applications as necessary for customers and assist with inspections when needed.
  • Assist or directly lead the training of customers.
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties for effective sales management including CRM software management, expense forms, etc.
  • Represent the company, responding quickly to customer and company needs.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales background in a similar industry.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to train.
  • Problem solving abilities, particularly relating to lifting and rigging applications.
  • Mechanically inclined/strong technical aptitude.
  • Self‑motivated and goal oriented.
