We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Task Force Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a motivated sales professional who will focus on driving hotel sales initiatives across multiple locations, with frequent travel within the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for assigned hotel properties.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Columbus, OH area and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with hotel operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings, requiring frequent travel within Ohio.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Ohio and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
This position involves a combination of office work and extensive travel to hotel properties and client locations throughout Ohio. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
