Task Force Hotel Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Task Force Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a motivated sales professional who will focus on driving hotel sales initiatives across multiple locations, with frequent travel within the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for assigned hotel properties.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Columbus, OH area and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings, requiring frequent travel within Ohio.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Ohio and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment

This position involves a combination of office work and extensive travel to hotel properties and client locations throughout Ohio. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
