Role Description- Achieve monthly Managed Care Growth targets by identifying and developing qualified and engaged agents in the assigned region, while supporting their success.
- Train agents on the organization’s value proposition and differentiate value‑based care from traditional primary‑care models.
- Conduct educational interventions to build collaborative relationships that engage grassroots and center‑related activities.
- Identify and enlist agents who align with the mission, are culturally competent with patient demographics, and can generate local grassroots and marketing leads in partnership with carriers; identify Medicare Advantage sales leaders and collaborate with regional growth partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with health‑insurance brokers, plans, community influencers, and sales managers to support lead generation within a 5‑mile radius of health centers.
- Lead regional outreach teams, including training, CRM optimization, and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Post‑secondary/higher education or specialized training; bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5‑7 years of sales and account‑management experience, operating independently, managing regional travel, and handling multiple priorities.
- Previous broker‑management experience preferred.
- Experience working on a multidisciplinary team preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid preferred.
- Local managed‑care knowledge and relationships preferred.
- Major account‑management experience preferred.
- Ability to travel >50% of the time and attend evening events.
- Problem‑solving orientation, flexible and positive attitude.
- Outstanding networking and relationship‑management skills.
- Strong communication and public‑speaking skills.
- Proven history of developing partners and relationships leading to business growth.
- Highly organized and reliable in a matrix environment.
- Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM (Salesforce) familiarity.

Pay Range: $60,300.00 – $ (base salary; may include bonus, commission, or incentive).
