• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for gross profit, new activations, upgrades, wireless internet, smart phones, accessories and client satisfaction
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Wireless including pricing, plans, accessories, and all service features
• Provide client with world‑class customer service while offering solutions based on recommendations to allow for a dynamic customer experience
• Retention of clients through the sales process and follow up to ensure satisfaction and referral throughout client life cycle
• Maintain a Premium Retail work environment at all times

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Computer skills: ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer and company information
