Our retail store in Columbus, Ohio is currently searching for Year‑Round, Part‑Time Sales Associates to join our team.

• Engage customers by approaching and assisting multiple customers, providing personal and genuine service interactions.
• Drive sales and convert every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, building brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Build relationships with customers, sharing expertise and demonstrating a passion for product knowledge.
• Advocate for customers by listening actively to understand their needs and solving problems efficiently at the first point of contact.
• Leverage technology: use POS, customer systems, and mobile devices to provide seamless, fast omni‑channel service.
• Promote L.L.Bean sponsored programs such as Outdoor Discovery School and the L.L.Bean Mastercard program.
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring well‑organized shelving, visual and merchandising standards, and supporting store operations processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results, create a positive work environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.

• Required to stand, walk, talk, and hear during the shift; occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps.
• Repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers; occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting 1 to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds, utilizing a team lift as needed.
