Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales (B2B) Account Manager to join a growing and successful sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, growing existing accounts, and creating value for customers through consultative selling. You'll work with specialty retailers while becoming a trusted business partner responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls while achieving established activity goals.
  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals using company templates.
  • Coordinate and ship product samples for customer evaluation.
  • Schedule and lead proposal and sample review meetings with customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support customer success.
  • Maintain accurate account records and sales activity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of B2B Account Management experience.
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Consultative selling and solution‑based sales approach.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
