OverviewOur client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales (B2B) Account Manager to join a growing and successful sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, growing existing accounts, and creating value for customers through consultative selling. You'll work with specialty retailers while becoming a trusted business partner responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of accounts.

- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls while achieving established activity goals.
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals using company templates.
- Coordinate and ship product samples for customer evaluation.
- Schedule and lead proposal and sample review meetings with customers.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support customer success.
- Maintain accurate account records and sales activity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Inside Sales experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of B2B Account Management experience.
- Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Consultative selling and solution‑based sales approach.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
