Midwest Canopy Estimators will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with PMs while maintaining a database of projects and bids
• Coordinate with subcontractors on any outsourced pricing
• Responsible for "scrubbing" projects and pricing for management to approve
• Update database for all PMs and Sales reps as projects are offered for bid
• Prepare budget and cost estimates for each project
• Update Airtable with all aspects of the project to keep sales and management informed

Midwest Canopy project managers are responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with installers, engineers and customers on the same project
• Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
• Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
• Comply with safety and building codes
• Report project progress to client and management
• Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
• Update Airtable with all aspects of the project to keep sales and management informed

Open positions in Columbus, Indianapolis and Pittsburg.

The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including:

• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Update Airtable with all aspects of the sale to help achieve a consistent close rate
