Commercial Door Estimator - Columbus

Vortex Doors, America’s highest quality and most customer‑centric commercial and industrial door repair company, is seeking a motivated Commercial Door Service Advisor. Applicants must have at least 4+ years of door industry experience.

• Work with customers to provide accurate and suitable products and services that meet their needs.
• Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities to generate sales.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and Service Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Complete pending service quotes within the scheduled time frame.
• Provide technical training to Service Technicians.
• Manage and order shop and truck materials as needed.
• Assist with customer job scheduling and project management.
• Deliver the best Vortex experience to all customers.
• Build valuable relationships with all customers, including key accounts.
• Always promote Vortex positively.
• Use lead generation tools to identify commercial and industrial construction projects that may require overhead doors, initiate contact with general contractors and architects, and gather project information.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for new construction projects.
• Complete cost estimates within bid date and time constraints.
• Present and explain the benefits of our services to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn.
• A good driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in field service and commercial door sales.
• Experience in customer service.
