Wesco is seeking an Associate for its Sales & Operations Development Program in the United States. The twelve-month training path prepares Associates for future Sales or Sales Operations roles, building selling skills, product knowledge, and industry insight.
You will work under a local manager with a peer mentor, and completing the program leads to a full-time position. Orientation near Chicago or Pittsburgh, with virtual mid-year events, and graduation in person near Chicago or Pittsburgh.
