Job OverviewAre you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional ready to make a real impact in healthcare? We're expanding our team and looking for energetic Territory Managers (TMs) to bring Dr. Comfort products to physicians, advanced practitioners, podiatrists, clinic staff, and DME providers across the country. This is your chance to own a territory, build powerful partnerships, and drive meaningful growth — all while helping improve the lives of patients through better foot health.

We currently have exciting opportunities open in the following territories:
West Territory: California
North Central Territory: Kansas, St. Louis / Missouri
Southeast/Northeast Territory: Florida, Pennsylvania
What You'll Do- Develop bold, effective territory plans and strategies to meet or exceed your goals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships and influence healthcare providers to prescribe Dr. Comfort products.
- Drive continued adoption and growth of Dr. Comfort products by delivering a standout experience for providers and patients alike.
- Become a go-to expert in Dr. Comfort products, diabetes foot care, and overall foot health.
- Partner with customer care and sales support to elevate the customer experience.
- Share provider feedback cross-functionally to help shape and improve our products.
- Represent Dr. Comfort at conferences and educational events, boosting brand visibility.
- Keep your pipeline sharp by managing all leads and opportunities in the CRM daily.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of success.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Established relationships with podiatrists, clinic staff, and DME providers strongly preferred.
- Experience promoting diabetes, orthopedic, prosthetic, or footcare products preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy to team collaboration.
- Strong data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled at executing sales and marketing plans and managing a territory budget.
- Must live within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable with extended daily driving and occasional overnight travel (most travel is by car).
- Able to carry and transport professional samples and literature.
