Senior Account Executive

• Own and close new employer relationships across the fully‑insured and self‑insured market
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and channel partners
• Drive pipeline generation and accurately forecast revenue
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership to refine positioning and go‑to‑market strategy
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder buying cycles with HR, finance, and executive leadership
• A proven, quota‑carrying sales professional with experience selling into:
• Brokers and consultants
• Strong understanding of the employer benefits landscape
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Strategic thinker who is highly execution‑oriented
• Confident relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Help scale a mission‑driven healthcare platform with real impact on cost and quality
