OverviewThe Regional Sales Executive is responsible for managing a territory of named accounts for Foureyes, driving new revenue through new customer acquisition while maintaining and growing an existing book of business of automotive dealership and dealer group accounts. The Regional Sales Executive reports directly to the Director, Dealership Sales and works closely with Customer Success, Onboarding, and Marketing to build a strong sales pipeline to meet new business and retention quotas.
ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for prospecting, presenting, and developing clients to hit new revenue targets as well as meeting with existing clients on a quarterly basis to grow revenue within those accounts.
- Meet or exceed prospecting and in-person new business meeting goals with prospects on a monthly and quarterly basis to drive pipeline growth and conversion to meet sales quota expectations. (75%)
- Meet or exceed in-person retention meeting goals with existing customers on a monthly and quarterly basis to retain and grow your existing book of business. (25%)
- Attend new business launch meetings for your accounts.
- Consistently complete activity to support a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities to meet your assigned new business quota.
- Be an expert in the Foureyes product set to conduct discovery calls, presentation, retention, and closing calls with both prospects and existing customers.
- Use your automotive industry knowledge to assist your assigned customers with using Foureyes solutions to solve day‑to‑day challenges in their dealerships.
- Work in a team environment with your assigned Customer Success to collaborate on account support to provide a top‑notch customer experience.
- Track your daily sales and account management activities, opportunities, account plans, use cases, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Attend events in‑person to represent Foureyes on an as‑needed basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- You have 3+ years of experience working with automotive dealerships.
- You have proven success working for a SaaS company.
- You are a high performer who consistently hits quota and has a relentless drive to outdo yourself.
- You have strong business acumen and know how to connect with executives, general managers, and directors.
- You are a skilled presenter including consultative sales, closing skills, and sales strategies.
- You have a strong mastery of web presentations and accompanying technology.
- You are a highly motivated and results‑driven self‑starter.
- Have a positive outlook and strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience required.
- Minimum three years experience working in a field capacity with automotive dealerships – SaaS experience preferred.
- Proficiency using a CRM – Salesforce preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own mode of transportation.
- Applicant must be able to travel throughout the organization’s regional service area.
Location:
This position is remote. Candidates are expected to be based in SC, GA, or North FL and must be willing to travel regionally.
Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 base, $175,000 OTE, uncapped.
