As an Experienced New Car Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the purchase or lease of a new Ford vehicle while providing a straightforward, respectful, and enjoyable buying experience.

This is a floor focused position for someone who knows how to sell, follow up, and build lasting customer relationships. You will assist customers from their initial consultation through vehicle delivery, present and demonstrate new Ford vehicles, explain features and technology, conduct test drives, and maintain strong knowledge of our products and inventory.

You will also follow up with leads, build repeat and referral business, and work closely with our Sales and Finance Managers on pricing, trades, and financing. All required documentation must be completed accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of automotive sales experience who can build rapport, follow up consistently, and close deals. The right person will be motivated, organized, professional, and committed to doing right by the customer.

A valid driver’s license and Saturday availability are required. Krieger Ford is closed every Sunday.
