• Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property.
• Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging.
• Be a problem solver and a go‑to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
• Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings so you can always highlight what makes us stand out.
• Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• You’re a natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.
• You have experience in leasing, sales, or customer service—or you’re eager to learn and grow in these areas.
• You love working with people and are committed to providing top‑notch service.
• You’re tech‑savvy and comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
