Datavant is seeking a Client Success leader to own post-sale engagement with law firms, driving retention, adoption, and expansion. You will build multi-threaded relationships across legal, operations, and administrative stakeholders, and manage defined engagement cadences with quarterly to monthly cadence.
In this role you will enable adoption of all products, identify cross-sell opportunities with Field Sales, and uphold rigorous CRM reporting to inform executive decisions.
