Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Customer Service/Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sells products and services, quotes jobs and projects as requested, ensures deliveries get scheduled, processes orders & special orders as needed, and supports outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities.

• Welcome and greet customers through various communication channels.
• Market product offerings and events through telephone and digital communication.
• Enhance and maintain sales and relationships with existing customer accounts. Develop relationships with and gain sales with new and current customers. Strong customer service skills.
• Assess customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
• Answer telephone for sales department, quote prices and prepare sales orders.
• Use company computer applications.
• Work with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date, and investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Support the outside sales team and perform various administrative tasks such as price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.
• Show effective time management and detail orientation.
• Be a team player with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
