$30,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (Minimum $60,000 in Year One | Six-Figure Income Potential)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, Realtors, financial advisors, and other referral partners to generate new business opportunities
• Educate clients and referral partners on specialized home loan solutions while serving as a trusted financial resource throughout the lending process
• Guide home buyers through the mortgage process from initial consultation through closing while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Develop new business through networking, relationship management, community involvement, and strategic outreach efforts
• Partner closely with processing, underwriting, and internal support teams to ensure a seamless and efficient loan experience
• Maintain consistent communication, follow-up, and professionalism while helping clients make informed financial decisions with confidence

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
• Highly organized and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership and consistently follows through on commitments
• Ability to educate, influence, and build trust with clients and referral partners
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing their own business development activities
• Professionalism, integrity, compassion, and a strong customer service mindset
• Previous mortgage, lending, banking, financial services, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required
• Candidates without a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license must be willing to complete the required licensing education and testing upon hire
