Job Description & How to Apply Below

LabGPT is building autonomous science infrastructure for the living world. We combine AI orchestration, autonomous drones, field sampling workflows, robotic lab operations, chain-of-custody tracking, and scientific reporting to help organizations generate decision-ready biological evidence from real-world environments.

Unlike traditional software tools that only analyze existing environmental data, LabGPT is building a field-to-lab execution layer that can help collect, process, structure, and interpret new biological data. Our initial focus is biodiversity monitoring, environmental DNA, nature measurement, reporting, and verification, and ecological risk intelligence for organizations facing growing environmental disclosure, compliance, permitting, and operational-risk requirements.

LabGPT works at the intersection of AI, robotics, field biology, environmental data, and nature-market infrastructure.

Depending on the agreed advisory scope, responsibilities may include:

  • Introduce LabGPT to relevant buyers, technical evaluators, channel partners, and strategic advisors.
  • Build relationships with senior commercial, sustainability, environmental, scientific, and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop a prioritized US prospect list and support a structured commercial pipeline.
  • Conduct or support outbound outreach through email, Linked In, warm introductions, conferences, industry groups, and partner networks.
  • Book and support discovery calls with qualified buyers and channel partners.
  • Translate customer pain points into pilot concepts, commercial proposals, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Support founder-led sales conversations and help move opportunities from first meeting to proposal stage.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain momentum across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Represent LabGPT, where appropriate, in relevant US biodiversity, nature finance, environmental monitoring, and sustainability forums.
  • Contribute to LabGPT’s US go-to-market strategy, sector prioritization, and commercial messaging.
Qualifications

Strong candidates should have:

  • Experience in business development, commercial management, partnerships, enterprise sales, strategic account development, government contracting, consulting, or advisory work.
  • Existing relationships in at least one relevant U.S. market, such as environmental consulting, biodiversity monitoring, eDNA, water quality, environmental permitting, infrastructure, energy, mining, ecological restoration, conservation, environmental testing, or natural-resource management.
  • Ability to reach senior buyers, technical evaluators, project managers, environmental consultants, public-sector decision-makers, and channel partners.
  • Strong customer-facing, relationship-building, and commercial communication skills.
