Sales BDC Representative – Lindsay Automotive

Lindsay Automotive is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a key role in generating sales opportunities by responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. • Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
• Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to generate appointments
• Qualify leads and connect customers with the appropriate sales consultant
• Assist customers with vehicle and financing options while overcoming objections
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Consistently follow up with customers and meet daily/weekly/monthly activity goals

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills are required
• Experience using a CRM or customer database is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with computers and able to type at least 30 WPM
• Self-motivated with a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and text communications
