, we believe great sales leaders build relationships—not just transactions. As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will lead and develop a team of retail sales representatives across multiple branches while driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across your territory.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work directly with the Vice President of Sales to execute strategic initiatives, mentor sales professionals, and expand our presence with leading brands like Kobelco, Bomag, and Case

What You'll Do Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales TeamManage and coach retail sales representatives across multiple territories
Travel regularly with salespeople to support customer meetings and close deals
Mentor and develop team members through structured coaching, training, and performance reviews
Recruit and build a strong pipeline of future sales talent
Partner with the VP of Sales to execute regional sales strategy
Achieve and exceed revenue, profit, and market share targets
Analyze market opportunities and adjust sales plans to increase territory penetration
Grow market share for key product lines including Kobelco, Bomag, and Case
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
Ensure effective use of CRM tools (Hub Spot) to manage customer relationships and pipelines
Guide territory planning and prospecting strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Support key account relationships across the region
Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring exceptional service
Collaborate with operations, service, and leadership teams to deliver complete solutions
You will be accountable for:
Achieving regional revenue and profit goals
Increasing market share across key equipment lines
Maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Completing team performance reviews and development plans
Approximately 75% travel within the region
Frequent ride-alongs and customer visits with sales representatives
Periodic travel to corporate meetings and training
This position requires an in-market presence and is not remote.
What You BringRequired
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of sales leadership experience across a geographic territory
2-5 years of outside sales experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow high-performing teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Heavy equipment, construction equipment, or dealership experience
Technical Skills
CRM experience (
Hub Spot
preferred
)Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
General business technology proficiency
