The Salesperson at Mighty Dog Roofing Columbus West is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting in-person consultations, assessing customer needs for roofing and exterior solutions, and presenting tailored proposals. The Salesperson will follow up on inquiries, manage a sales pipeline, and guide customers through the decision-making process from initial contact to signed contracts.

This role collaborates closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure accurate job scoping and a smooth handoff from sales to production. Additional duties involve attending local networking events, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity in the community.

• Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, customer relationship building, and closing residential or commercial service contracts.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
• Ability to understand and explain roofing and exterior products, with strong skills in needs assessment and solution presentation.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and basic written documentation.
• Comfort working on-site at customer properties, with the ability to perform roof inspections or exterior walk-throughs as needed.
• Basic math and measurement skills for creating accurate estimates and reviewing project scopes.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in home services, construction, roofing, or related industries is beneficial but not required; training may be provided.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within the Columbus, OH area.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus.
