The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, OH. In this role, the Salesperson meets with homeowners, conducts roof inspections, and provides clear, detailed consultations on roofing options and services. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up with prospects, preparing and presenting estimates, and guiding customers through the selection and contract process. The Salesperson collaborates with the production team to ensure accurate project details, maintains organized records of customer interactions, and supports post-installation follow-up to encourage referrals and repeat business.

This position requires consistent in-person visits, local travel to customer homes, and professional representation of the Top Choice Roofers brand.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation of technical information to homeowners.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction or roofing systems, with the ability to learn product features and installation standards.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Comfort working in the field, including roof inspections, outdoor conditions, and local travel within the Columbus, OH area.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and CRM or sales tracking tools for estimates, documentation, and communication.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation aligned with a transparent, quality-focused company.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; prior experience in home improvement or roofing sales is preferred but not required.
