What You’ll Do

Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography. Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products. Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts. Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM. Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets. Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

Bachelor's degree
Required:

Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
Strongly preferred:
Experience at companies known for world class sales training and development - such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar
Highly preferred 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement
Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles
Coachable, competitive, and accountable - you own your numbers and own your results
Strong verbal communication and the professional presence to earn credibility with physicians

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000+ total compensation, at sales goal target
Uncapped bonus potential to earn beyond $100K with top performance
$750 per month car allowance + gas card

The potential base pay range for this role is $55, annually
