Beauty Counter Manager - Easton Town Center

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the La Mer counter. This role combines customer service, beauty education, and sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment.

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department while keeping current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts.

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals, address customer concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and meet the physical requirements of the role.
