Security Officer Flex Patrol Response Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $19.31/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, back-of-house areas, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Monitor entry and exit points and observe customer and employee activity for suspicious behavior, theft indicators, and/or disorderly conduct; document observations per post orders;
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate significant events to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives
