Our property is seeking a dependable and observant Courtesy Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and visitors. Guided by our mission, vision, and core values, the Courtesy Officer serves as a visible presence throughout the property by conducting routine patrols, monitoring hotel activity, identifying safety concerns, and reporting suspicious or criminal behavior. This role is strictly “observe and report,” meaning the Courtesy Officer does not physically intervene in criminal incidents.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality while prioritizing personal safety and guest well-being.
Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
