Unarmed Security Guard

Job Description

Being a security guard is a critical role here y are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.

Hours:

9:45AM-6:15pm Monday
-Friday

• Patrolling and monitoring customer areas regularly to discourage theft and littering
• Evicting trespassers while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over if need be
• Controlling the entrance and departure of customers and vehicles according to protocols
• providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
• Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner
• Checking bidder membership for specific hours
• Ensuring customers adhere to trash policy
• Checking bidders item receipt count with item count on carts

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Module 1 , Module 2 & Module 3 online courses through OHID
