Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and authorization credentials, and help deter unauthorized access;
Screen visitors, vendors, and staff, maintain accurate entry logs, and communicate access-related information to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting procedures;
