** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities within a high-traffic retail and entertainment location.

+ Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the venue, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor assigned areas for policy compliance, crowd flow, and/or disruptions, and document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to site expectations.

+ Support a welcoming environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
