This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will also support access activity, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and reflect Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to all persons on site by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and assist with controlling entry and exit activity at the location.
• Observe site operations and report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
