** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, tenants, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public agencies, and/or first responders when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of public areas, administrative spaces, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns for follow-up.

+ Monitor access points and observe the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with location policies and applicable post orders.

+ Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and report maintenance issues, hazards, or policy concerns to the appropriate contact.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
