Varying shifts

• Patrol buildings and grounds to assess security conditions and report issues.
• Respond to alarms, provide customer service, give directions, escort patrons, and assist disabled patrons.
• Work in the security control center: monitor CCTV cameras, answer telephones, dispatch officers, and maintain radio contact.
• Perform safety duties: administer first aid, operate fire-fighting equipment, and conduct safety programs.
• Investigate and report crimes, unusual incidents, complaints, injuries, and incidents; complete routine logs and forms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends and be subject to 24‑hour call‑in.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Completion of the field training program within the first three months of employment.
