• Manage and oversee electronic security system projects, including access control, surveillance, CCTV/IP video, and intrusion detection.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal technical teams throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate project life cycles from initial design to successful client handover, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver projects on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Supervise on-site installations and integrations, resolving technical issues and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements for security solutions.

• Proven project management experience with electronic security system installations.
• In-depth knowledge of access control, CCTV/IP video, intrusion detection, and surveillance technologies.
• Strong capability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
• Experience delivering projects across commercial, retail/mixed use, education, government, stadium/arena, and healthcare sectors.
• Ability to oversee technical teams and subcontractors in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications in project management or security systems integration.
• Hands‑on technical experience with installation or troubleshooting of electronic security equipment.
• Knowledge of industry compliance standards and best practices.
• Experience managing projects with medical, dental, vision, or other benefits considerations for team members.
