Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, storage, shipping, and exterior areas of the location to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report observed maintenance, sanitation, and/or operational issues that could impact daily site operations;
Support a professional presence at a food and beverage location by observing surroundings, assisting with directions and questions, and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures
