Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution location, including parking areas, loading and unloading zones, trailer yards, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entrances, gates, and/or shipping and receiving areas to deter unauthorized access, support traffic flow, and observe activity related to deliveries and departures;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures
