Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at transit-related locations;
Conduct regular and random patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, observe daily activity, and communicate with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns;
Assist with crowd management, way finding, and policy reminders during routine operations, service interruptions, and/or special events as needed
