Provide customer service to persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a food and beverage environment;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document details for site contacts and public responders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, storage, office, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and support visitor, vendor, and delivery processing per location procedures;
Observe facility operations for security-related issues and report findings to site personnel
