Corporate Site Security Manager

Corporate Site Security Manager – Columbus, OH, United States

Responsible for managing all physical security responsibilities for the Columbus, OH location. Oversees the Security & Safety Services Team, safeguards the facility and grounds, executive employees, and serves as first responder in crisis/emergency situations. Works with site employees, Asset Protection professionals, local law enforcement, and outside consultants. May require travel, non‑business hours, and weekends.

• C‑TPAT Champion for the site (if applicable)
• Manage proprietary security services
• Manage third‑party vendor security services
• Direct visitors and control access at all security posts
• Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems
• Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility
• Implement physical security improvements
• Document security and safety related incidents
• First responder to crisis situations; provide first aid, CPR, AED
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

• High School degree required; higher education preferred
• At least 3 years of related security or law‑enforcement/military experience
• Experience with C‑TPAT or regulatory compliance preferred
• Supervisory experience highly desirable
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Physical fitness required; proficiency in martial arts or defensive skill desirable
• CPR, AED, and first aid training
• Strong leadership, communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivation, collaboration; ability to work with senior management
• Successful completion of background checks, motor vehicle record, drug screen, and psychological screening required
• Must pass any state‑required training or licensing qualifications

• Competitive salary: $77,600 – $124,900 annually
