Corporate Site Security Manager - Onsite

• Security & Safety Services of the Columbus, OH location
• C‑TPAT Champion for site (if applicable)
• Manage proprietary security services
• Manage the 3rd‑party vendor security services
• Direct visitors and control access at all Security Posts
• Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems
• Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility
• Implement physical security improvements
• Document security and safety related incidents
• First Responder to a crisis situation with First Aid, CPR, AED
• Perform any additional related duties as required or assigned

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred
• 3+ years of related security, law‑enforcement, or military experience
• Experience with C‑TPAT or regulatory compliance preferred
• Supervisory experience is highly desirable
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Physical fitness required; proficiency in a martial art or other defensive skill desirable
• CPR, AED, and First Aid training
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background checks and screenings
• Ability to pass required state training or licensing qualifications

Competitive salary ranging from $77,600.00 to $, with annual merit increases possible.
