Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions while assisting with entry procedures, directions, and other front-facing support;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and relay maintenance, life support, and other property-related concerns to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner
