Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at the utility location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor for suspicious activity, hazards, and unusual conditions, and document observations through detailed incident and patrol reports;
